- I will demonstrate fair play and good sportsmanship to all players, coaches, officials and staff.
- I will place the emotional and physical well being of my teammates ahead of my personal desire to win.
- I understand that it is a privilege to participate in the Oak Park AYSO program, and I will act respectfully towards others before, during and after each practice or game.
- When delivered in a constructive and positive manner, I agree to accept the direction of my coach and fellow teammates.
- I will treat the parks, school property, and equipment with respect.
