Instructions for New e-AYSO Users

  1. Go to e-AYSO.
  2. Click on the "First time " button, then the parents button.
  3. Fill in the information requested
  4. Enter the information needed to establish your e-AYSO account. Remember to save this information as you will need it to sign-up in the future.
  5. Continue and fill in the requested parent information. Our Region is 697. Note that you must specify your relationship to the child. If you miss this, you cannot continue to the next step.
  6. Submit a volunteer registration in eAYSO then print one copy and sign it, or if you prefer, fill out our OPAYSO volunteer form.
  7. Continue on and fill in the requested information about your child.
  8. Click Submit to complete the form for this player.
  9. You may fill out forms for another child or print the forms.
  10. From the menu, choose the option to print the forms, and rember to print two copies for each player and sign both. Since the forms are two pages, please print on both sides of sheet, so you only use one sheet. Make sure any browser pop-up blockers are off. You will not be able to print the forms with a pop-up blocker on.
