Instructions for Returning eAYSO Users

eAYSO requires Internet Explorer 6.0+, Netscape 6.2+, or Firefox 1.0+. eAYSO does not work with current Opera or Safari versions. You must have Javascript enabled to log in. eAYSO also requires cookies be enabled and pop-up blockers be disabled.

1. Go to eAYSO.
2. Press the Log In button, and use the email and password you used last year
3. Click on the AYSO Parent button.
4. Press the buttons for returning or new players as appropriate.
5. When it asks you which region, enter 697 .
6. Submit a volunteer registration in eAYSO then print two copies and sign them, or if you prefer, fill out our OPAYSO volunteer form.
7. Print two forms for each player and sign both. Since the forms are two pages, please print on both sides of sheet, so you only use one sheet. Make sure any browser pop-up blockers are off. You will not be able to print the forms with a pop-up blocker on.
